Francesco I, imperatore di Lorena, con suo diploma dato a Vienna il 1° aprile 1762, conferiva la Nobiltá fiorentina a Didier Vincenzo C. per i fedeli e premurosi servigii da lui, per ben 28 anni, resi alla Corona coma funzionario del Consiglio delle Finanze in Lorena, come soprintendente ai trasporti della Real Casa in Toscana e poi come Aiuto Cassiere della Depositeria Generale a Firenze; nonché in memorie della benemerenze verso la Corte acquistate in Lorena dal padre di detto Vincenzo e dai suoi zii, uno dei quali era stato primo medico cesareo e l'altro Consigliere della Podesteria di Lumeville. In forza di tale Diploma furono inscritti al Libro d'Oro dei Nobili di Firenze anche i nipoti ex filio (Vincenzo, che era morto il 21 dicembre 1769) del primo nobilitato, e cioé Francesco (nato 1750 def. 1819), Giovanni, che fu Direttore dell'Ufficio delle Carte Bollate a Napoli, Carlo, Giuseppe fattosi
