Il vescovo principe di Trento Antonio Dominic dei conti Thun, con diploma I agosto 1747, concedeva la nobiltà ereditaria a Carlo di Terzolas, e l'imper. d'Austria Francesco Giuseppe con S.R. 25 novembre 1898 e 28 giugno 1899, riconobbe e confermò tale nobiltà ai fratelli Basilio, Isidoro ed Angelo ed ai fratelli Antonio, Enrico, Adolfo e Giuseppe pure C., figli del defunto Rinaldo fratello dei precedenti. Agli stessi figli di Rinaldo e di Edvige Visintainer venne riconosciuta la nobiltà con D.P. 2 ottobre1926: 1. Udalrico Antonio, n. Cagnò (Trento), 1 settembre 1874; 2. Enrico, n. Cles (Trento). ) asto 1878; 3. Adolfo, n. Tuenno (Trento), 17 ottobre 1880 (Milano, via Felice Casati); 4. Giuseppe, n. Tennuo, 13 novembre 1883. Cugini, figli di Basilio, di Domenico e di Maddalena Borga; 1. Dario, n. Mezzolombardo (Trento), 7 luglio 1885; 2. Tullia, n. Mezzolombardo, 3 luglio 1883; 3. Carlo, n. Mezzolombardo, 6 gennaio 1893;
