El príncipe obispo de Trento Antonio Dominic de los Condes Thun, con diploma I de agosto de 1747, otorgó la nobleza hereditaria a Carlos de Terzolas, y al imper. de Austria Francesco Giuseppe con SR 25 de noviembre de 1898 y 28 de junio de 1899, reconoció y confirmó esta nobleza a los hermanos Basilio, Isidoro y Angelo y a los hermanos Antonio, Enrico, Adolfo y Giuseppe también C., hijos del difunto hermano Rinaldo de los anteriores.
