Mit königlichem Dekret vom 17. Mai 1925, gefolgt von RR. LL. PP. 4. März 1926 Luigi von Francesco C. wurde ermächtigt, den Titel des Prinzen von Marsiconovo mit männlicher primogenialer Nachfolge als frühe Nachfolge der Mutter Donna Maria Bianca Gallone der Fürsten von Tricase, der Witwe von Francesco C., Senator des Königreichs, zu verwenden. Herr des Hofes von S. Maestá, der Königin Margherita von Savoyen. Gleichzeitig wurde Luigi zusammen mit seinen Brüdern und Onkel Alfonso mit dem DP am 13. September 1927 der Titel eines Adligen von Messina für Jungen und Mädchen anerkannt. Francesco, Luigi, mit dem königlichen Konzessionsdekret vom 18. März 1929 und RR. LL. PP. Der 14. Mai 1929 wurde mit dem Titel Baron mit männlicher primogenialer Nachfolge ausgezeichnet. Sie sind im Goldenen Buch des italienischen Adels und in der offiziellen italienischen Adelsliste von 1933 mit den Titeln des Prinzen von Marsiconovo (mpr.) Aufgrund des königlichen Genehmigungsdekrets eingetragen.
