Antica e nobile famiglia laziale originaria di Roma e propagata anche nelle regioni limitrofe. Lo stemma della famiglia Corvini di Roma si blasona così: D'oro, al corvo di nero. Altra famiglia. Di famiglia originaria dal Castello di Soncino come l'omonima famiglia. Viveva coi fratelli in Brescia sul principio del 1400, Antonio il quale, morto attorno al 1450, ebbe tre figli: Giacomo, Domenico ed un figlio postumo cui fu dato il nome paterno. Da Giacomo discese il ramo che si estinse con Fausto sulla fine del sec. XVIII. Da Domenico ebbe origine il ramo che finì presso a poco alla stessa epoca; da Antonio II proviene il ramo vivente.
