Inquartato; nel primo e quarto spaccato d'argento e di nero, al cane rampante dell'uno nell'altro, collarinato di rosso, quello del primo volto a sinistra; nel secndo e terzo d'oro, all'aquila di nero. Sul tutto una croce patente d'argento, attraversante sulle partizioni, caricata nel centro da uno scudetto di rosso, a due mani in fede di carnagione, moventi dai fianchi, sormontate da una corona d'oro.
