Die Familie von Vicenza hat ihren Namen von der Burg von Custoza, früher Custody, de Custodia und Costoza, die an den Hängen eines Hügels in der Nähe des Flusses Bachilione liegt. 1583 wurde es unter den Adligen des Vicenza-Rates eingeschrieben; in der sek. XVII ein Zweig in Mantua angesiedelt. Angelo war 1688 Berater der Kaiserin Eleonora und Cupbearer des Kaisers Leopoldo, der mit dem Privileg vom 20. Juni 1688 der Familie den kaiserlichen Adel verlieh und mit einem Diplom von Ferdinando Carlo Gonzaga, Herzog von Mantua, den Titel eines Komitees mit erhielt männliche primogeniale Abfolge, bestätigt mit sup. Auflösung in. vom 21. November 1816. Sie ist in der Nob-Liste eingetragen. Uff. persönlich von: Erstgeborener Zweig mit dem Titel des Grafen (mpr.). Camillo von Angelo von Camillo. Ignazio von Arrigo von Camillo mit seinen Kindern Virginio, Elisa und Leopolda. Camillo von Sante von Arrigo. Zweitgeborener Zweig mit dem Titel eines Adligen
