Un Giovan Tommaso, con privilegio 10 ottobre 1561 esecutoriato 27 genn. 1562, ottenne per sé e per i suoi fratelli, con i discendenti loro d'ambo i sessi, il titolo di nobile col Don; un Girolamo, da Catania, fratello del precedente, con privilegio 8 giugno 1561 esecutoriato 20 febbraio 1562, ottenne la concessione del titolo di regio cavaliere e il riconoscimento del proprio stemma gentilizio; titolo di regio cavaliere ottenuto con privilegio 28 luglio 1563 anche da un Alessandro, pure da Catania; un Vincenzo fu vescovo di Catania e morì nel 1597; una Felicia, figlia di Girolamo, con privilegio 13 novembre 1642-7 maggio 1643, ottenne concessione del titolo di conte di Villarosata o Estrano, ma il Mongitore nella sua "Bibliotheca Sicula" e il padre Amico nell sua "Catana illustrata" credono che
