Very ancient and illustrious Roman family, of whose origins there is no certain information, which has spread over the centuries in various regions of Italy. The names of the D'inzeo are found remembered in texts, notarial deeds and contracts for the sale of land and houses since the eighteenth century, from which it appears that they were in a comfortable condition. We have an example of this in an act of the court of Naples, dated 17 June 1852, in which a landowner and builder Flocco D'inzeo was sued for a building dispute.
