With the transaction dated 25 May 1860, drawn up on the basis of the RR. Edicts August 21, 1838 and May 27, 1843; relating to the redemption costs of the fiefdoms of Sardinia, the heirs of the Duchess Sotto-Mayor came to the sale of the fiefdoms of Senis (composed of the villas of Lodè, Posada, Siniscola and Torpè, constituting the county of Montalvo) and of Posada (composed of the villas of Assolo, Mogorella, Ruinas, Sant'Antonio and Senis, constituting the Barony of Senis).
