Antigua y muy noble familia Ferrara, conocida como De Vincenti, Devincenti o Vincenzi, de clara y ancestral virtud, que se ha extendido a lo largo de los siglos en varias regiones de Italia. Esta noble casa ha disfrutado de los siguientes títulos nobles: condes de Vinadio y consignadores de Aisone y, según algunos autores, se originaría en Francia, al menos la rama pasó a Piamonte, más precisamente a Turín y decorada con el título de barones de Arlod, el cuya última inversión fue Carlotta Giacinta Vittoria, nacida en Turín, S. Giovanni, el 9 de junio de 1780, del barón Saverio y Vittoria Gola. En cualquier caso, en Ferrara la familia es de cierto origen antiguo y noble. Recordemos a Carlo, creado conde de Vinadio por el duque de Saboya, feudo de primera y segunda instancia que poseía en los estados de ese príncipe, además de los feudos de Sambuco, Aisone
