Il ramo dei Duchi di Termoli si estinse nella famiglia Cattaneo. Monumenti della famiglia Di Capua, si trovano in Napoli nel Duomo, e nelle Chiese di Monteoliveto, S. Pietro a Maiella, Gesù Nuovo, S.Lorenzo, S.Domenico, S.Maria del popolo ed in quella delle Anime del Purgatorio. In Montevergine nella Chiese dell'Eremo. In Capua nella Chiesa di S.Antonio. In Supino nella Chiesa maggiore. Il ramo dei Duchi di S. Cipriano si estinse nella Casa Monforte. Questa famiglia si è estinta in Bartolomeo Di Capua, ultimo Principe della Riccia e Gran Conte di Altavilla al quale successero i Sanseverin di Bisignano. Egli era Colonnello
