Il feudo retto, nobile ed antico di Costa Fabbrica (poi Costa Bissara), di diretto dominio dei vescovi di Vicenza, dopo varie reinvestiture, nel 1388 passò a Tommaso di Singofredo, di Singofredo Bissari "pro indiviso pro se eiusque heredibus tam masculis, quam feminis, ita quod supervviventibus masculis ab iisdem legitime descendentibus, jus dicti feudi ad feminas non trascendat, et masculis deficientibus, jus eiusdem feudi hereditario nomine in suis filiabus et heredibus legitimis feminis acquiratur ecc.". Il legato a Latere Pontificio presso la Rep. Ven. con decreto 31 ottobre 1528 creò conti Giacomo di Francesco Bissari: "per se filiosque eorum et heredes utriusque sexus, tam masculos quam feminas vigore investiturarum feudi huiusmodi, ecc." Questo titolo fu confermato dal doge Francesco Donà nel 1553 e nell'11 febbraio 1696 (m. v.) essi furono iscritti nell'A.L.T. Questa famiglia si estinse con due donne nelle famiglie e Bonacossi, per cui in vigore della istituzione feudale
