Oriundi francesi, si stabilirono a Torino con Simone, da Mignon-Victor nella Franca Contea, il quale ottiene la naturalità in Piemonte da Vittorio Amedeo II nel 1696. Forse discende da lui il banchiere Giuseppe, morto a Torino, di 85 anni, il 12 aprile 1852; padre dell'omonimo banchiere Giuseppe, commendatore mauriziano, morto a Torino il 17 dicembre 1884; del can. Giacinto (deced. Torino 30 agosto 1876), cantore del Duomo di Torino; del banchiere Ferdinando (deced. Torino 24 gennaio 1868), craeto barone il 27 novembre 1862 in segiuto a benefiche elargizioni; e di Filippo, stipite della linea sostituita. Dal barone Ferdinando nacque, fra gli altri figli, morti piccoli, il barone Luigi (n. Torino I agosto 1833; deced.
