Ancient and very noble Lombard family from Brescia spread over the centuries in different regions of Italy with large settlements in Romagna and Lazio. Accounts were created by Doge Mocenigo on 22 Sept. 1706. During Duranti he was created Cardinal on 19 Dec 1544 by Pope Paul III, and by Julius III made bishop of Brescia.
