Questa famiglia hebbe origine da Cremona, e venne à Padova nel tempo della Signoria de Carraresi. Giacomo fù Medico, e Astrologo, il quale fece l'Horologio della Piazza de Signori. 1344. Quindi de Dondi furono chiamati Horologi. Guivanni fù Medico, e Matehematica, e di Medicina, morì Trattati di Mathematica, e di Medicina, morì del 1380. Gabriele fù Medico in Vinetia. 1388. Hora non v'è alcuno di grado, se non Angelo Dottor de leggi.
