Nobile famiglia romagnola da cesena, scritta Fabberi o Faberi, fiorente fino dal secolo undecimo in cui viveva un Giorgio Faberi che fu padre di S. Aldobrando proposto della cattedrale di Rimini e poi vescovo della città di Fossombrone. Il B. Bartolomeo Faberi, figlio di Giovan-Battista, fu degli Eremiti di S. Onofrio. Giorgio, uomo dottissimo, compose varie egloghe latine edite in Bologna nel 1572; e fu creato dai Pontefici Sisto V e Clemente VIII giudice contro i perturbatori della pubblica pace in Roma. Della famiglia non si hanno più notizie.
