In un atto della Comunità di Ascoli Piceno del 12 aprile 1788 è testimoniato che i fratelli Giuseppe e Andrea, figli di Francesco Antonio furono ascritti alla nobiltà della città alla quale da tempo immemorabile era stata iscritta la famiglia. Fu quest'ultimo Andrea il 30 gennaio 1796 nominato Capitano nella Compagnia dei Volontari da Mario Falconieri Capitano Generale delle Milizie del Popolo Romano. La famiglia era stata iscritta anche alla Nobiltà di Penna S. Giovanni, come da atto 2 aprile 1788; alla nobiltà di Sarnano sin dal 1766. Il citato Giuseppe, Dottore e uomo qualificato di alta dottrina e preclare virtù, si accasò con una Nobile Angelini di famiglia ascritta alla Nobiltà di Monteleone di Fermo. Da Andrea nacque Giovanni, avo dei viventi, che il 6 settembre 1850 fu nominato dal Pontefice Pio IX Governatore di Camerino e con tanta equanimità e benemerenza assolse il delicato mandato da essere iscritto

D'azzurro semipartito e troncato da un filetto d'oro: nel primo a tre chiodi di nero, con la punta all'ingiù, impugnati; nel secondo alla torre di due palchi merlata nel primo palco di quattro merli e nel secondo palco di tre, alla ghibellina, aperta e finestrata di nero e sormontata da una cometa posta in banda nel canton destro del capo, il tutto d'oro; nel terzo a tre monti all'italiana, cuciti, di verde.
