Abstammung aus der Stadt Villanova (Huesca). Pedro Ferraz, gebürtig aus Villanova, verheiratet mit María Doña Nadal, gebürtig aus Ontiñera, von der Justizpartei Fraga in derselben Provinz, gehörte zu diesem Haus; Sie waren die Eltern von Francisco Ferraz y Nadal, gebürtiger Lérida, der Doña María Paniagua heiratete, und sie zeugten Félix Ferraz y Paniagua, gebürtiger Palma de Mallorca, Gouverneur von Veracruz, Brigadier der königlichen Armeen, Leutnant des Madrider Militärkommandos und Ritter des Ordens von Santiago. Er hatte Dona Gertrudis de Pereda als seine Frau, die er zur Mutter von María de las Mercedes Ferraz y Pereda machte, die der Waffenkönig Ramón Zazo y Rosillo am 20. März 1783 das königliche Amt des Adels und der Waffen übernahm. Diese Linie ist mit dem Marquis von Liédena verbunden. In Lérida gab es ein Haus.
