Familia noble napolitana, recordada por haber acogido al gran poeta Leopardi, entre 1836 y 1837, que se inscribió en los registros de la nobleza del Reino de Nápoles, para la ejecución de la práctica real del 25 de abril de 1800, y que disfrutó del noble " sede cerrada de la ciudad de Bari ".
