Guardie del Corpo e riconosciuta con D. Minis 15 giugno 1897 nel titolo di Conte per tutti i maschi, e con D. Minis 28 novembre 1896 in un ramo secondogenito nel titolo di Marchese di Montesilvano. Per ragione di detti riconoscimenti e per l'ottenuta ascrizione all'Elenco regionale napoletano, spetta il titolo di Conte e di Conte di Torre S. Susanna ad Eduardo, di Pasquale, di Bisanzio; e quello di Conte, col pred. di Torre S. Susanna ai suoi figliuoli Bisanzio, Pasquale ed Angelo, al suo germano Nicola (marito di Guendalina Parry Grainger), ai figli di quest'ultimo Alberto, Carlo e Diego.
