Un Giuseppe fu giudice del tribunale della Gran Corte del Regno 1722; un Orazio Girolamo e Vitale acquistò il titolo di marchese della Scaletta, del quale ottenne investitura a 8 agosto 1752, fu capitano di giustizia inTrapani negli anni 1780-81, 1783-74; Giuseppe e Fardella, figlio del precedente, fu senatore di Trapani negli anni 1780 e 1783 ed ebbe investitura del titolo di marchese della Scaletta a 10 luglio 1801.
