La famiglia è iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobiliare Italiano in persona di: a) Carlo, di Tito, di Guglielmo. Figli: Tito Rinaldo, Giovan Francesco. b) Fausto, di Guglielmo. Figli: Giuseppe, Tito, Guglielmo, Domenico. Figli di Giuseppe: Francesca, Vittorio, Enrico. Figli di Tito: Gioffredo, Marcella. Lo stemma della famiglia François è così blasonato: Di azzurro alla fascia d'oro caricata di un'aquila di rosso accostata da due stelle di 6 raggi dello stesso, e al monte di tre cime d'oro poste 2, 1, movente dalla punta dello scudo.
