Antigua familia siciliana, de nobleza clara y ancestral, que brillaba noblemente en Sessa, Palermo y Messina y que tenía el señorío de Aliano, con su castillo, de Catanna, con sus granjas, llamadas Francesco, de Francesco o Francesco. , que se ha extendido a lo largo de los siglos en varias regiones de Italia.
