Burchardus Ortulani 1239 Krummenacker Walker Berchtold 1257 Eßlingen Kühpfleger Ecclo 1150 Fischingen Phaffe Berufsname aus dem mittelhochdeutschen gartenære, gertner. Ortulani Seit dem ausgehenden XIII Jahrhundert, ab Karl IV. (1346-1378), haben die Kaiser Wappen verliehen, ohne die Begünstigten in den Adelsstand zu erheben. Im XV Jahrhundert haben sie den Pfalzgrafen mit der Wappenvergabe betraut, der seitdem auch Bürgerfamilien Wappen gewährte.

Écartelé aux 1 et 4 d'azur, à la demi-aigle d'argent mouv. du parti, aux 2 et 3 d'or, à trois fasces de sable. Sur le tout d'or, à un arbre sec de sable, posé sur un tertre de sinople. Deux casques couronnés. Cimier: 1° un vol contourné d'argent. Lambrequin d'argent et d'azur. 2° une queue de paon au naturel. Lambrequin d'or et de sable. Supports: deux lions regardants d'or (D'après le diplôme de 1750 un oranger de sinople planté dans un vase d'or était posé entre les deux casques découronnés).
