Pasó al antiguo Departamento de Antioquía, en la República de Colombia, con Toribio G., que se avecindó en el Valle de San Nicolás de Ríonegro, donde contrajo matrimonio con doña Olaya de Arango (hija de Antonia Valdés de Arango), y fueron padres de Toribio G. de Arango, que sigue; Juana Manuela G. de Arango, mujer de Cristóbal Echeverri; y María G. de Arango, esposa de Alonso Jaramillo y Molina (hijo del Alcalde Mayor Alonso Jaramillo de Andrade y de doña Jacinta de Molino). Toribio G. de Arango, casó dos veces: la primera, con doña Teresa Molina (hija de Clemente Molina y de doña Andrea Zapata), y la segunda, en Medellín, el 3 de Diciembre de 1738, con doña Josefa Teresa Gaviría (hija de Carlos Gaviría Troconis y de doña Manuela de Castrillón). Del primer enlace fueron hijos: Manuel G. Molina, casada con Antonio Gaviría (hijo de Antonio Gaviría y de doña Gertrudis del Mazo); Josefa Teresa G. Molina, mujer de Fernando Londoño (hijo de Antonio Londoño y de doña María de Castañeda); y Félix G. Molina, que sigue. Del segundo matrimonio nacieron Felipa G. Gaviría, esposa de Francisco Miguel de Villa (hijo del Sargento Francisco de Villa Hidalgo y de doña Micaela Castañeda) y Gregorio G. Gaviría, que contrajo matrimonio con doña María Jaramillo (hijo de Manuel Jaramillo y de doña Josefa García), y en ella tuvo a Margarita G. Jaramillo, natural de Hatoviejo, casada con Agustín Londoño (hijo de Nicolás Londoño y de doña Jacinta de Molina).
