Desde alrededor de 1770, es decir, desde que Paolo Gentiloni lo cambió para distinguirse de las muchas ramas en las que se amplió la familia, el Gentiloni llevaba otra arma, a saber: del azul a la palmera de siete ramas doradas, desarraigadas, con corona de laurel natural unido a la primera rama derecha de la palmera. La familia Gentiloni es muy antigua y noble. Se deriva de los gentiles de Rovellone, conocidos desde el siglo XIII y señores del imperio simple y mixto de los castillos de Avoltora, Precicchie, Rovellone, Grotte, Rotorscio, Castelletto e Isola di S. Clemente, ubicados en la región de San Vicino en la Marca de Ancona. ; y también del condado de Aquila llamado Accola. D'oro, all'aquila di nero, accostatata da due palme di verde curvate a destra e a sinistra, il tutto sostenuto da un monticello di tre cime di verde; e una corona di lauro dello stesso sospesa alla palma sinistra; il tutto accompagnato in capo da cinque crescenti montanti d'argento 2, 1 e 2 accostati da due gigli d'azzurro. Cimiero: Un moro uscente corazzato al naturale, rivestito di un mantello di rosso.
