Ancient and very noble Emilian family from Parma spread over the centuries in different regions of Italy where there are some surname variations such as Ghironis, Ghiro, Ghirone due to the usual causes of historical phonetics, dialect pronunciation and the way of interpreting in the writing the surnames.
