Familia derivada de los 'godos de Navarra, y una de las más antiguas y nobles de España, donde las oficinas principales de Villabianca estaban ocupadas como mayordomo mayor, comandante de Castilla, de la orden de Santiago, virrey, general, etc. . se ramifica en los marqueses de Los Veles, los condes de Casarubias, los duques de Arcos, los marqueses de Penuela, los condes de Mejorada en Sivilia, los condes de Molina en Málaga y los señores Chacón de Antequera en Andalucía.
