I beni della famiglia Ginetti unitamente al diritto di ius patronato sulla cappella, passarono alla figlia di D. Teresa, Doristella de Silvestris, ed al marito barone Donato d'Alena di Frosolone. Altra famiglia. Antica e nobile famiglia lombarda con residenza nella città di Bergamo che alzò per arma. Spaccato di rosso e di nero; colla fascia in divisa d'argento, attraversante sulla partizione.
