Famiglia consorte dei Noris di Gandino e della quale entrò nel Consiglio di Bergamo Nicola nel 1744 e vi durò fino al 1777. Nel 1668 per decreto del Senato Veneto ebbero il titolo dei conti di Marengo ove possedevano beni e così a Fontanella ed in altri luoghi del Bergamasco. A Gandino avevano un palazzo. Furono dallo stesso Senato aggregati al Patriziato Veneto e successivamente creati nobili di Ungheria e nel 1678 Conti del Sacro Romano Impero. Ottennero nel 1817 la conferma dell'avita nobiltà e del titolo di Conti dell'Impero Austriaco e da Francesco I il titolo di Principe. Personaggi noti furono Gualtieri, capitano di cavalleria nell'esercito dell'Imp. Carlo V; Vincenzo nel 1620 famigliare cesareo; Giovanni Andrea barone di Telvana, Signore della Petra, commissario generale dell'esercito imperiale nella lotta sul Reno contro i francesi.
