Nicolò di Ugolino ambasciatore e sindaco del Comune nel 1366; Andrea di Nicolò uno degli otto ambasciatori deputati ad andare incontro a Martino V nel 1418, e nel 1423 commmissario di guerra contro i Genovesi; Bernardo di Filippo fu decorato del titolo di conte palatino; Nicolò d'Andrea podestà di Terni nel 1464; Ugolino Vescovo di Volterra nel 1462; Bartolomeo di Domenico Arcivescovo di Pisa nel 1577; Vincenzo di Francesco Senatore; Nicolò nel 1630 ottenne il feudo di Camposervoli con titolo di marchese.
