Tito, professeur de droit civil à l'Université royale de Pise, et de Ciro, docteur en médecine, tous deux fils du dr. Antonio et Mme Martina Maraffi, cette dernière appartenant à la noblesse de Pontremoli. La famille est inscrite dans la dernière liste officielle italienne, avec le titre de noble de Pontremoli, en la personne de Paolo Antonio, di Ciro, di Tito. Enfants de Paolo Antonio : Antonio et Virginie. L'autre branche, descendante de Girolamo, di Ciro, di Tito est également inscrite sur la Liste de 1922.
