Familia de Piacenza. El escudo de armas descrito está tomado de la "Colección Pallastrelli" de la Biblioteca Cívica de esa ciudad. Recordamos a Giovanni Gobbi, jefe de la rectoría de S. Eufemia en Piacenza, creado por Gregorio X, en 1274, obispo de Bobbio; un Giovanni Gobbi y su esposa Barbara Cicala compraron bienes del trabajo del BV dello Stirone en 1694; fue creado noble (mf.), con un privilegio ducal del 5 de marzo de 1703. Un Giovanni Maria Gobbi en 1660 y un Alessandro Gobbi en 1689 hicieron un contrato de arrendamiento con la Cámara Ducal del lugar de Trebbia. Un notario de Giovan Carlo Gobbi recibió el poder para tomar posesión de los feudos de Villò, Albarola, Colonnese, Caselle, Alseno y Chiavenna Landi de la Cámara Ducal en 1739; en 1742 tiene, por poder, la posesión de su feudo de S.
