Giovanni a Carbonara e SS. Apostoli. In Benevento nelle chiese di S. Maria del Carmine, S. Maria delle Grazie e S. Lorenzo. Tra i suoi possedimenti si citano le Baronie di Castrignano, Galatola, Giuliano e molt'altre che per brevità si tralasciano. Si congiunsero i B. con nobilissime famiglie del regno tra le quali meritano un cenno gli Albamonte, gli Aquino Castiglione, gli Azzia, e i Candida. Gli uomini che più diedero lustro a questa famiglia furono: Balduino, Golardo, Giovanni e Planullo, fratelli che presero le armi contro Manfredi che teneva oppressa la loro patria Benevento;
