Antica famiglia originaria Amalfitana, detta pure Ancoraria ed Anchola. La famiglia ha vestito l'abito di Malta nel 1449, ed ha goduto nobiltà in Amalfi ed in Barletta. Un ramo della famiglia de Ponte nobile amalfitana si estinse nella famiglia la qual ne ereditó la Cappella gentilizia nel duomo di quella cittá. La famiglia ereditó dalla famiglia Lanari dei Conti del Sacco l'ufficio feudale del peso della dogana di Majuri nel 1731. Veggonsi monumenti de' Inclaza in Napoli nelle Chiese: di S. M. la Nova di S. M. degli Angeli a Pizzofalcone, e di S. Agnello; in Amalfi nel Duomo e nella Chiesa dello Spirito Santo.
