Sie sind der edle Justinis Trifernati, der aus Città di Castello stammt, wo in Rom sowohl die Namen der Familie als auch der Heimat, jetzt Giustini und jetzt Castello. Girolamo Giustino war ein berühmter konsistorialer Anwalt. Sie erzählten mit ihnen Beccaluna Colli Mutini Colli Rossi, ein Alberi, mit Capranica, mit Valle, mit Alberini, mit Bonaventura. In der Familie Colonna wird Justini erwähnt. Giovio spricht davon im Leben von Papst Leo fol. 5. Sie hatten ein Haus in der Rione di Parione, das von Mgr. Mileti gekauft wurde, Prälatenreferendum zu Boden geworfen, und ein neues wurde an derselben Stelle gebaut, wie wir es heute sehen. Beerdigung in der Friedenskirche. Marco Antonio Altieri sagt im 2. Buch der Nuptiale, nachdem er sie in die Zahl der römischen Adligen aufgenommen hat: Herr Paolo Justino di Castello, er freute sich über Medaillen und antike Statuen.
