Très illustre maison de la Bretagne, d'une haute antiquité, dont les premiers auteurs connus sont: Olivier, croisé en 1248 (Chartes latines de 1191 à 1249 relatives aux croisés, provenant du cabinet Courtois); Robert, époux de Tiphaine, vend en 1316 trente sols de rente à Thébaud de la Feillée, à prendre sur la cohue de Pontivy; Mahé, marié vers 1445 à Plézou le Trancher, père de Guillaume, archer en 1481; Guy, vivant en 1500, épouse Françoise de Carmené; Pierre et Mathurin, greffiers aux grands jours, de 1533 à 1543; Jean chevalier de l'ordre en 1592; un mousquetaire de la garde du Roi, blessé à Oudenarde en 1708 et à Malplaquet en 1709. Les seigneurs de Saulraye, paroisse de Collorec de Keramel, paroisse de Plouyé débouté réformation 1669, ressort de Châteaulin.
