Originalmente de Casteldaldo, a terra do interior de Reggio Emilia, os Lanci se mudaram para Vicenza, de onde acabaram se estabelecendo em Reggio por volta de 1300, onde ficaram do lado da facção Bebbi contra as facções Zoboli e Scaioli. Não há mais notícias da família desde o século XIX. Outro ramo. Antiga e nobre família de Emilia Romagna, com residência na cidade de Bolonha. Desde tempos remotos, não foram recebidas mais notícias da dinastia mencionada. Outro ramo. Esta família Urbino mudou-se para Roma no século XVII, onde gozava do título de marquês. A família levantou suas armas. Prata, no castelo vermelho de três torres, aberta e com janelas negras, estampada com Ghibelline. Essa família, para dizer o mínimo de Amayden, certamente foi incluída entre as coletadas no Livro de Ouro do Capitólio. Da bibliografia documentada sobre os manuscritos do Vaticano, pode ser visto o número relativamente pequeno de memórias
