Larcher (Tafel 12.) von Eissank, geadelt von Kaiser Rudolf II., in neuerer Zeit immatrikulirt. Wappen (ohne Farbenangabe): Im Schild ein Schrägbalken mit drei Adlern - wol Lerchen? - belegt. Auf dem Helm ein Flug mit der Schildesfigur. Larcher zu Eissegg. (Taf. 14.) Wappen: In Gold ein schrägrechter schwarzer Balken, mit drei goldenen, auffliegenden Lerchen belegt.- Kleinod Geschlossener goldener Flug mit der Schildfigur belegt. Decken: schwarz-golden. Die drei Brüder Andre, Johann und Caspar Larcher (Lärcher) erhielten von Kaiser Rudolf II. ddo. Prag, 17. Mai 1604 mit dem Prädicate "zu Eissegg" (Eyseck) den Reichsadel unter gleichzeitiger Besserung des ihnen schon vom Erzherzog Ferdinand ddo. Innsbruck, 29. Aug. 1594 verliehenen bürgerlichen Wappens, nämlich, dass der Stechhelm durch einen Spangenhelm ersetzt wurde. Diese Adelserhebung wurde in Salzburg erst am 19. Februar 1764 publicirt. Derzeit ist aber die Familie durchaus in Tirol ansassig, WO Dr. Franz von Larcher zu Eissegg, Advocat in Bozen (+ 21. October 1856), am 16. November 1842 in die Adelsmatrikel eingetragen wnrde. Dieser war vermählt mit Victoria, geb. von Walther zu Herbstenburg (t 12. October 1854). Dr. Eduard V. L. zu E., gleichfalls Advocat in Bozen (geb. 6. Mai 1811), ein Sohn des Obigen, erhielt mit kais. Entschliessung vom 4. Jan. 1881 den Orden der Eisernen Krone III. Kl., und wurde in Folge dessen von Kaiser Franz Joseph I. ddo. Wien, 1881 in den osterreich. Ritterstand erhoben. Vermählt am 1. October 1840 mit Antonia, geb. Schöpfer, ist seine Descendenz folgende: a) Franz, Dr. Jur., Advocat in Bozen; b) Pins, Dr. Jur., k. k. Amtsleiter des Bezirks-Gerichts in Landeck und c) Bertha, verm. mit Arthur von Bolfras-Ahnenburg, k. k. Oberstlientenant. (R. A. - H. K. A. - S. R. A.) Perchtold Larcher 1397 Aschel Tafelschnitzer Ferrarius 1367 Köln Holzschnitzer Clewi 1293 Halle Bürfger oberdeutsche Form, zu mittelhochdeutsch larche gleich Lärche (larix). Larcher
