La emperatriz María Teresa con diploma otorgado por Viena en 1770 le otorgó el título de barón del SRI con transmisibilidad a hombres y mujeres. Para ser la familia Battiala terminada en lo anterior, Giacomo obtuvo del emperador Francesco Giuseppe para unirse al suyo propio apellido Battiala de la antigua y noble familia Albona y muy meritorio del Estado Veneto del cual obtuvo el título de conde por decreto del Senado el 10 de mayo 1742. El título del conde también fue otorgado por el propio Senado del Véneto con el Decreto 7 de septiembre de 1771 al noble Felice con el lado de la rama ahora floreciente y que no tenía descendientes. A continuación se describe con DR 16 oct. 1924 y RR. LL.PP. El 1 de febrero de 1925, tuve la renovación del título Comitale con transmisibilidad al mpr., Y con DM el 6 de abril de 1925
