In applicazione del Regio Editto 3 dicembre 1806, la regina Maria Teresa, reggente del Regno durante l'assenza del re Vittorio Emanuele I, con diplomi, in data 14 giugno 1814, concedeva i titoli di cavalierato e di nobiltà ad Antonio Vincenzo Lisanna Borro, di Logoro, ed ai suoi figli e discendenti maschi. Poi, con altro diploma in data 17 settembre dello stesso anno, concedevagli di potere far uso delle armi gentilizie. Egli si era reso benemerito della Sardegna per aver dato un notevole sviluppo ai lavori relativi all'agricoltura e un efficace contributo all'economia isolana. Dal predetto concessionario, che aveva sposato Maria Anna Piras, nacquero i figli don Battista (e figlio da lui fu Antonio) e don Efisio. Da don Efisio, che sposò in Genoni, il 6 luglio 1822, donna Maria Anna Porcheddu, nacquero: a) don Vincenzo, in Mogoro il 12 maggio 1831; sposò in Terralba Antonietta Manconsu il 5 novembre 1868
