La famiglia entrò nel consiglio di Bergamo nel 1786 col conte Luigi; nel 1796 vi era un conte Giovanni Battista, nel 1800 il conte Giovanni Battista, nel 1800 il conte Giuseppe e di nuovo il conte Giovan Battista. Il conte Guglielmo fondò la commenda di Malta ed è iscritto nell'Elenco dei nobili lombardi dal 1815-1828 ed in quello del 1840 col titolo di conte; conte Carlo è inscritto anche in quello del 1895. Avevan casa in via Donizetti ed in via Porta Dipinta e beni alle Crocette di Mozzo ed a Bonate. Sono recentemente iscritti nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobiliare coi titoli di Conte (m.) e nobile (mf.): Alfredo, di Carlo, di Luigi, con la sorella Margherita in Ruffoni. Ernesto, di Luigi, di Giambattista. figli: Marianna in Pegurri Salaroli, Elisabetta, Adele, e Luigi (dec.). Figlia di Luigi: Angela Maria.
