Diese Linie stammt von einem Herrn namens Pedro F. de Lorca aus dem Königreich Murcia, der zur Zeit von König Don Juan II. Nach Kastilien überging und sich in Madrid niederließ. Als er starb, verließ er ein Haus mit einem Einkommen, um darin einige Kinder unterzubringen, die ihr Vermögen verloren hatten. Er vertraute die Verwaltung des Hauses den Ordensleuten des Klosters San Jerónimo el Real in der Nähe des Prado an.
