Antica ed assai nobile famiglia, originaria di Massa, anticamente detta Serlunardi, passata a risiedere in Lucca, con un Ser Francesco, di Leonardo, nel 1350 circa. Ser Lunardo, figlio di Ser Francesco, nel 1398 fu incaricato di trattare una lega cogli Obizzi per il Frignano. Egli ebbe un figlio che si chiamò Acconcio e che lasciò il proprio nome alla famiglia. Lo stesso Ser Lunardo intervenne a tutti i Consigli generali della Repubblica e fu il primo Anziano della famiglia. Altro ramo. Famiglia originaria di Lucca, passata a risiedere in Pisa, ove l'abate Bartolomeo Lunardi fu ammesso a quella nobiltà, nel 1773. La famiglia levò per arme. D'azzurro, al cervo slanciato al naturale, e alla sbarra diminuita attraversante d'oro, caricata di tre rami di rosaio, fioriti, gambuti e fogliati al naturale, e posti nel senso della pezza. Alias. D'argento alle due fasce di rosso caricate entrambe di un crescente del primo.
