Die bürgerliche Magistratur von Pisa schlug mit einer Partei vom 24. September 1816 die Inschrift der Adelsklasse dieser Stadt der Familie vor. Dieser Vorschlag wurde mit einem umgeschriebenen Souverän vom 10. April 1818 genehmigt. Die Familie ist in der Person der Nachkommen von Antonio und Pietro, von Giuseppe, von Antonio auf der offiziellen Nobelliste eingetragen. Die Bibliographie dieser Familie wird vom Marquis Vittorio Spreti in seiner 1936 in Mailand gedruckten italienischen Historisch-Edlen Enzyklopädie erwähnt. Er sammelt Manuskripte heraldischen und edel-genealogischen Inhalts in Bibliotheken sowie in vielen öffentlichen und privaten Archiven. Die für die Entstehung des betreffenden Werkes gesammelten Zeugnisse und Unterlagen wurden von der Familie selbst übermittelt. Wie im Heraldic Magazine gezeigt, das vom Heraldic College of Rome herausgegeben wurde.

Note: Si trova anche il solo cognome «Parra». Il capo caricato del lupo è lo stemma della famiglia Lupi (cfr. il fasc. 5878). Stefano di Anton Lorenzo Parra e fratelli furono ammessi alla nobiltà di Pisa nel 1818.
