Gemeinsamer Vorläufer von Personen, die derzeit im Goldenen Buch und in der Uff-Liste registriert sind. des Nob. Ital. Fu Stefano, Generaldirektor der Patente des Königreichs Italien, höfischer Berater, Direktor der Tabakfabrik unter dem Imperium. Franz I. von Österreich, der mit einer souveränen Resolution vom 17. Oktober. 1819 verlieh ihm der österreichische Adel, der im folgenden Jahr das Prädikat von Intignano, einem Dorf am Comer See, aus dem die Familie stammte. Nach der oben genannten Konzession erhielt er, dass sein im Diplom beschriebenes und umrissenes Wappen per Dekret der IR Heraldic Commission vom 15. April 1822 in den Heraldic Code aufgenommen wurde. Er war Mitglied verschiedener Akademien, hatte ein sehr wertvolles archäologisches Museum und eine Kunstgalerie und In seinem Haus empfing und beherbergte er Staatsmänner und Künstler. Er hatte Francesca Majnoni di Ignazio in der Frau. Er starb am 3. März 1826. Trotz der österreichischen Veredelung waren die Majnoni keine Familie.
