La emperatriz María Teresa, con diploma el 6 de abril de 1770, otorgó el título de conde a Giov. Battista Venturino y sus descendientes de ambos sexos. El mismo diploma menciona la antigua nobleza de la familia y la concesión de la Caballería SRI otorgada al pro-Bernardino en 1641 por el emperador Fernando III. La familia solicitó ser registrada en la lista oficial italiana con los títulos de noble (mf.); caballero del SRI (mf.); cuenta (mf.) en la persona de Massimiliano, n. Trento 3 de noviembre de 1857, dic. 27 de noviembre de 1928, por Sigismondo Bernardino, Massimiliano Carlo y Elsa Viola Marzani; Tomó una parte viva en la vida política y social en Trentino y fue una de las figuras más representativas del grupo de patriotas de Trentino. Elegido alcalde de Trento antes de la redención, por sus ideas italianas y por su actividad irredentista, nunca tuvo la ratificación
