Con el Decreto Soberano del 15 de febrero de 1838, esta familia fue admitida a la nobleza de Livorno en la persona de la cav. Niccola Giovacchino di Marco, cónsul de Brasil, casado con Maria Carlotta de Giuseppe Carega, un noble pisano y sus descendientes. La bibliografía de esta familia es mencionada por el marqués Vittorio Spreti, en su Enciclopedia Histórica-Noble italiana impresa en Milán en 1936. Recopilando manuscritos de contenido heráldico y noble-genealógico, entre bibliotecas y en muchos archivos públicos y privados. Los testimonios y documentos recopilados para la formación del trabajo en cuestión fueron transmitidos por la propia familia. Como se muestra en la Revista Heráldica editada por el Colegio Heráldico de Roma.
