En Guipúzcoa, con casas en la antigua Universidad de Aya, del partido de Tolosa, y en la villa de Zarauz, del partido de Azpéitia. Una línea de la casa de Aya pasó a Guarnizo (Santander) y de ella descendió Vicente M. y López, natural de Guarnizo y Caballero de la Orden de Carlos III, en 1806. De la misma casa de Aya procedió Vicente M. y Pérez, Canónigo de varias Catedrales de España y diputado a Cortes, que se hizo célebre discutiendo con Castelar y revelándose como gran orador parlamentario y ardiente defensor de la causa carlista. Nació en San Sebastián en 1833 y murió en Alba de Tormes (Salamanca) el 24 de Actubre de 1891. De la casa de la villa de Zarauz procedió Francisco M., natural de Zarauz, casado con doña Clara de Urrismendi, a la que hizo madre de Diego M. y Urrismendi, natural de Zarauz, que
